The five key areas to focus on, to affect change in your life
Change – it’s something many of us want to implement, at different stages of our life, and I see many clients who wish to make changes. They want to make changes as they currently fee stuck, pained, unfocused and generally unhappy in one (or more) areas in their lives.
No matter what illness, ailment, worry or issue a client is having when they come to see me, I can guarantee that they will fall under the umbrella of one or more of these five life areas:
How we feel we’re ‘performing’ in these five key areas, gives us a fundamental overview of how happy or unhappy we are, with our life as a whole. Each of these areas are individual, but they also intermingle and affect the other remaining areas too – so, if you feel your relationship is not where you want it to be, it will have a knock-on effect on your health and wealth, for example. This is why, when a client comes to see me, I focus on all five areas of their life – to get to the root of any issues they may be having, as well as establishing if the rest of their life is healthy and running smoothly for their needs too.
Here’s an overview of what the different areas in your life cover:
This area doesn’t just encompass your physical health – it also represents the mental and emotional well-being too. Looking after and nourishing yourself is essential, if you want to be fit and healthy enough to function. If you’re not taking care of yourself, it WILL have a knock-on effect on the other areas of your life.
Talk about wealth and most people immediately think of finances. However, wealth encompasses prosperity generally – so, we’re looking at gratitude and thankfulness, feeling how rich and fulfilling your life is for you, as well as your money mindset etc.
We have relationships with everyone we meet, from our family to our work colleagues. They make up a big part of our life, and each relationship has a different dynamic too.
Your working life takes up a huge chunk of your time, especially if you are an employee. Looking at your career isn’t necessarily about seeing if you can or want to change it – it can be about making the career you’re currently in the best possible option for you too. It’s finding what work you love doing, and ensuring you love doing what you’re do too!
The final area we look at is your spirituality. Regardless of your religious viewpoints, spirituality covers your beliefs about the bigger picture, your connection with Angels and yourself and energy and vibration work! Having a connection with something bigger than yourself, gives you the drive and determination to become who you want to be – so it impacts your whole life.
When you look at the five different areas, you understand what shapes and moulds you into who you currently are, as it dictates what beliefs and values you have about yourself and the world. They also help ascertain what you need to implement, change and drop, in order to become who you want to be, moving forward.
As you can see, the five areas I focus on, all have a major part in creating the awesome being that is you – and this is why we will be focusing on them, if you decide to come to me for coaching.
