Life’s a bit like a train journey. People jump on and off the train, to join us on our life journey.
Every now and then, we need to stop and take stock of the comings and goings of our journey. We need to stop and rest up for a while.
This is where meditation comes in. It’s excellent for reducing stress, as it relaxes our body, encouraging our blood vessels to open and our blood pressure to lower. Meditation also increases self-awareness, sharpens our mind and improves our concentration levels. Not only that, but it also helps boost your immune system AND makes you happier!
Are you ready to stop at the Meditation Station?
With meditation having so many great benefits, I’d like to share them with everyone – so I’m going to start holding Monday and Wednesday meditation sessions, here at Meditation Station.
If you’re ready to enjoy the benefits meditation can bring you, this could be just the ticket!
The Meditation Station is a beautiful, secluded and private space. I’ve been known to also host reiki sessions here – so it’s full of loving, positive energy. You can let the gently trickle of the nearby water feature, soothe your mind and soul, as you relax into the meditation session.
Focus on silencing your mind and creating a peaceful space for abundance to flow into your life – and leave the session relaxed, peaceful and generally feeling great!
When is the Meditation Station open?
The Meditation Station will be open for three sessions a week, starting on Wednesday 12th April:
Wednesdays from 6.45pm – 7.45pm, there’s a women’s standard meditation session.
Wednesdays from 8pm – 9pm, there’s a men’s only standard mediation session.
Mondays from 1.30pm – 2.45pm, there’s a women only extended session. This will be starting on the 24th April and comprises of a 45-minute mediation session, followed by a positive and inspiring exercise, based on the topic of that day. I trust the Universe to help provide me with the most relevant content for the day.
Each session is limited to 12 spaces. The Monday sessions begin on Monday 24th April and the Wednesday session commence on Wednesday 12th April. Each session costs just £3 per person and I’d advise early booking, as they’re expected to get snapped up fast! To book your space, simply give me a call on 07973 659526.
