Solstice – a time for a celebration
The solstice happens twice a year and, with the summer solstice just passed, I thought it would be a good opportunity to explain a bit more about what solstices are and why I think they’re an important time of celebration. Spirituality, is a word that we often see talked about in alternative therapy and self-help circles, but seldom know what it means. The problem with the word itself, is it actually has a different meaning for everyone.
