These days we all live busy, stressful lives often juggling many balls at once.

How would you like to bring calm and balance back into your life?

I hold regular meditation sessions on the first Sunday of every month.

We will discuss the many forms of meditation and you will have the opportunity to experience meditations which you can incorporate into your daily life.
